Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 16, 2026
Welcome to OHSE LMS. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our learning management system, online courses, quizzes, exams, certificates, account features, payment services, and related website functions.
By creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a course, completing lessons, taking quizzes or exams, downloading certificates, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose of OHSE LMS
OHSE LMS provides general safety awareness courses, learning materials, quizzes, exams, and certificates of completion. The content is intended for general awareness and educational purposes only.
Our courses do not replace employer-specific training, site-specific safety procedures, legal requirements, professional advice, regulatory certification, or hands-on competency verification unless clearly stated otherwise.
2. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access courses, track progress, complete quizzes, view results, download certificates, or submit support requests. You agree to provide accurate and current account information.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your password with others. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Course Access
Course access may be free or paid depending on the course. Access may be limited by account status, payment status, enrollment rules, course availability, or administrative settings.
We may update, modify, replace, remove, or improve course content at any time. Course availability is not guaranteed permanently unless specifically stated in writing.
4. Payments
Paid courses may be processed through Stripe or another secure payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to pay the listed course price and any applicable taxes, fees, or charges shown at checkout.
Payment confirmation may be required before course access is provided. If payment fails, is reversed, disputed, cancelled, or flagged as suspicious, access to the course may be delayed, suspended, or removed.
5. Final Sale and No Refund Policy
All payments are final. Once a course payment is completed, no refunds will be provided.
This no-refund policy applies whether or not you started the course, completed the course, passed the quiz or exam, downloaded a certificate, changed your mind, purchased the wrong course, or no longer need the training.
In rare cases, OHSE LMS may review a payment issue at its own discretion, but we are not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange, transfer, or replacement access.
6. Course Completion, Quizzes, and Exams
Some courses may require you to complete lessons, pass quizzes, or meet a minimum passing score before a certificate is issued. Passing scores, quiz rules, attempt limits, and completion requirements may vary by course.
You agree to complete quizzes and exams honestly. Any attempt to cheat, misuse the system, share answers, manipulate results, or access restricted areas may result in account suspension, certificate cancellation, or removal of course access.
7. Certificates
Certificates may be issued when a learner successfully completes the required course activities and meets the passing requirements. Certificates may include your name, course title, completion date, score, certificate number, and verification status.
Certificate verification links may be publicly accessible so that employers, supervisors, clients, or other third parties can confirm whether a certificate is valid.
We may cancel, suspend, or mark a certificate as invalid if it was issued by mistake, connected to suspicious activity, obtained through misuse, or affected by payment or account issues.
8. Public Information
Certain learner information may be visible publicly or to other users, depending on website settings. This may include your name, profile picture, course completion status, quiz or exam results, certificate details, and verification information.
By using OHSE LMS, you understand that some training-related information may be displayed for learner records, certificates, verification pages, or public profile features.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to use OHSE LMS only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not damage the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, misuse accounts, interfere with other users, or use the platform in a way that disrupts normal operation.
You are responsible for ensuring that any course you take meets your workplace, employer, project, client, or regulatory requirements before purchasing or completing it.
10. No Guarantee of 100% Availability or Security
We work to keep OHSE LMS available, secure, and functional. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
Technical issues, maintenance, hosting problems, internet outages, payment gateway issues, third-party service interruptions, or security events may affect access to the website or course materials.
11. Content Accuracy
We aim to provide useful and accurate safety awareness content. However, safety requirements can vary by workplace, jurisdiction, employer, site condition, and applicable regulation.
OHSE LMS is not responsible for how users apply course information in real-world situations. Always follow your employer’s policies, site-specific procedures, applicable laws, and competent professional guidance.
12. Intellectual Property
Course content, text, graphics, designs, layouts, videos, quizzes, certificates, logos, and website materials are owned by OHSE LMS or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reproduce, or publish our materials without written permission.
Course access is provided for the registered user only. Sharing paid course content, login access, quiz answers, or certificate materials without permission is not allowed.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we believe the user has violated these Terms, misused the website, provided false information, disputed valid payments, attempted unauthorized access, or acted in a way that may harm OHSE LMS or other users.
